Yes, massages are by appointment only.
How do I set an appointment up?
You may call the office (Capitol Chiropractic Center) Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 558-9292 or cell at 576-4823 any time.
What are your hours?
The hours are very flexible to meet your needs. Weekdays are preferred.
What should I wear?
Anything that you feel is comfortable.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
You should arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment in order to insure you have the maximum time for your massage. Paperwork may need to be filled out before your massage.
Should I tell anyone about any physical, medical, or allergy concerns?
Upon arrival you will be asked to fill out a brief health history questionnaire which will assist the therapist in providing you with the best experience as well as to assure your maximum safety and comfort. With pregnancy, or any other medical condition, please consult your doctor to be sure that massage is permitted. Please make known any allergies upon scheduling so proper arrangements can be made.
Are gift certificates available?
Yes, they may be purchased in any quantity.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We are able to receive cash, personal check (all returned checks have a $25 fee) and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).
Are discounts available?
All current patients of Capital Chiropractic Center are allotted a $5 discount to all massages excluding Foot Rejuvenation and Soft Hands.
