Hello, I am Jennifer Kyzer. I am a nationally certified massage therapist by the National Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (link to www.ncbtmb.org). This is the highest standard of the profession. I graduated with top honors from the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster, Colorado.
The Denver School of Massage Therapy is a member of the Steiner Education Group, a nationwide system of seventeen schools in nine states offering high quality natural health education. Locally, the Baltimore School of Massage Therapy, in York, PA is affiliated with this brand of education.
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (www.amtamassage.org). In addition I have received my license from the newly formed Pennsylvania Board of Massage Therapy. The PA State Board of Massage Therapy requires CPR certification, a background check, and 24 hours of continuing education biennially. You can rest assured that I have met the qualifications to perform a professional massage.
As a bodyworker, I believe a therapeutic, relaxing massage provides my clients with awareness and a complete sense of well being. I have extensively studied Aromatherapy and essential oils. I would love to discuss the ways in which these amazing substances can assist you in healing and incorporate them into a customized massage.
